Which is why it is such an important time for fitness. Especially if you are returning to exercise after a long winter break. So, take advantage of this natural energy boost and start moving. You’ll feel great and get to enjoy a healthier and happier you as we move into summer.

There is something primal about working up a sweat in the great outdoors. But it’s much more fun as the weather begins to soften and you can experience the natural world coming back to life. As you start to feel stronger, this can develop into a more challenging bike ride or simple bodyweight workout. An outdoor workout can get the endorphins pumping like almost nothing else.

Aim to eat well 80% of the time to keep your spring fitness kick on track.
Escape Your Desk (Every Day)
If you have a sedentary job, it’s important to inject as much movement as possible into your daily grind. This means no more scrolling through Instagram at your desk as you eat your lunch. Get out and get walking. Explore your city and enjoy the chance to grab some fresh air every day. A little exercise can go a long way, turning movement into a habit that you won’t want to quit.
