A couple of weeks ago I was able to announce our new virtual training solution and now that we’re up and running, I wanted to share some of our progress! As we get to grips with the technology and the distance, one thing that’s not changed is the enthusiasm and effort we put into every workout. We’re still there to cheer you on, to help you find your perfect form, and to keep you on track as you power towards your fitness goals. Whether lockdown has inspired you to get moving for the first time or you’re a fitness fan who is keen to keep up your regular levels of strength and stamina, we can help.

We are living in a strange world right now and although we are slowly getting back to a new type of normal, it’s still likely to be a while until we can work out in the same ways we did before. But it’s never been more important to keep healthy, keep moving, and stay fit, active, and safe. Working out is a great way to not only boost your physical health but also to improve your mental and emotional health during this stressful time.
