Over the past 13 years, ACSM’s Health & Fitness Journal® (FIT– a US fitness journal – has conducted an annual survey of fitness professionals worldwide to see what’s in (and out)when it comes to fitness. #1 Wearable Tech
Riding high at the top of the charts is wearable tech, and it’s no surprise. Since the Fitbit hit our wrists, there has been an explosion in health and fitness tracking technology. By gamifying the fitness experience, you may feel more motivated and push yourself harder.

Sometimes all you need to work out well is yourself.
