How TRX training helps you at FitFusion PT – Bodyweight Personal Training

At FitFusion PT, we believe in strength training using your own body weight. One bodyweight exercise we love at FitFusion PT is the TRX TRAINER. TRX stands for Total body Resistance eXercise. It was invented by the Navy SEALs and develops strength, core stability, flexibility and balance all at once, using gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself with the TRX trainer, but with hard work the TRX will help you achieve the following:
